About the work
Somewhere in a charity shop, a board game is sitting on a shelf. The box is battered. Half the pieces are missing. Nobody wants it.
These are those games.
Found at car boot sales, charity shops, and flea markets across Britain, each board has been rescued, reworked, and hand-painted into a one-of-one artwork. The games that once structured Christmas arguments, family nights, and rainy afternoons are given a second life on the wall.
Nothing is corrected. Scuffs stay. Wear stays. The evidence of every hand that moved pieces across that board stays. That's not a flaw - that's the work.
Each piece is unique and will never be repeated. Once it's gone, it's gone.
