At The Society Of Play, most items are made to order — created individually just for you.
Because of this, returns have a real impact on our small studio.
We kindly ask that you double-check product details, colours, and measurements before purchasing to ensure it’s the right fit for you.

That said, we want you to be completely happy with your order.

If something isn’t right, we offer a 14-day returns policy.

For original, one-off artwork. All sales are final.

In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • A valid order number must be included with the return.

Refunds

  • Full refunds are issued for items that meet the return criteria listed above.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello @ TheSocietyOfPlay .com
    Include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, package the item securely and include your order number inside the parcel.

  3. You have 14 additional days from approval for the return to reach us.

  4. Send the parcel to the address provided in your return authorisation email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Approved returns must reach us within 14 days after approval.

  • Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear once processed.
